Abstract

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are becoming central technologies in the continuing transformation of organizations, industries, and digital economies. Digital transformation involves more than adopting new software; it requires organizations to redesign processes, develop data-driven capabilities, improve customer experiences, and create new forms of value. AI and machine learning can accelerate this transformation through automation, predictive analytics, intelligent decision support, personalization, process optimization, and the development of new digital products and services.
