Psychosocial and Physical Conditions Influencing Human Work within Organizations: A Theoretical Approach in Light of the Human Relations School
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research paper highlights the most important contributions of Human Relations Theory, which, like other organizational theories, has shown considerable interest in organizations and the dynamics of their internal work environment. The work environment is considered one of the most important organizational concepts because of its significant influence on, and interaction with, other variables within the organizational climate. In particular, attention is given to the worker as the fundamental and active driving force of the organization. Workers are influenced by the psychological, social, and physical conditions under which they perform their work, and these conditions, in turn, affect the organization.
